1、如何表达度数？
英文中用来表达眼镜度数的词是 diopter（屈光度）
近视度数 = Negative Diopters
远视度数 = Positive Diopters
而近视的医学专业术语是Myopia，但日常生活中，大家会说：nearsighted / shortsighted
例如：
Tom is nearsighted/shortsighted because he used to play games in darkness whole night long.
Tom近视是因为他经常在黑夜里玩一整晚游戏。
远视的医学专业术语是Hyperopia，但日常生活中，人们一般会说：farsighted / longsighted
Lily's grandpa is farsighted so he needs to hold the newspaper far from eyes.
Lily的爷爷有远视，所以报纸总要拿得很远。
2、询问和回答“眼镜度数”
因为在国外，配眼镜是一种医学行为，所以问别人眼睛度数的时候，可以说：What's your eyeglasses prescription? （prescription这里指“眼镜度数”）
或者 ：
①What is your eyesight?
②How strong are your glasses?
而回答“我近视/远视300度”，可以说：
I am nearsighted/farsighted with 3.0 diopters.
或者直接说：3.0 diopters（300度）
3、“度数深浅”如何表达？
询问度数深浅，其实是想问近视是否严重。可以用：sightly / extremel 轻微 /严重
例如：I'm extremely nearsighted，my eyesight is getting worse.
我近视很严重，视力越来越差。
